Forsyth County Department of Social Services in North Carolina seeks a motivated Child Support Supervisor to plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the Child Support Services Division. The role blends supervisory and administrative duties with occasional direct involvement on complex cases.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED plus four years of related work experience including one year in Child Support Enforcement.
Strong supervisory and administrative capabilities.
Ability to coordinate with legal, judicial and public stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Audit tasks completed by agents for productivity, quality and timeliness.
Provide orientation and training to new agents and ongoing staff training.
Evaluate agent performance and approve leave requests.
Provide information to organizations requesting child support data.
Assist division director with interviewing, planning, directing and budgeting for the unit.
Cover caseloads for vacant positions and supervise agents handling location of absent parents and enforcement of orders.
Maintain required licenses and ensure compliance with state law and DOT standards if applicable.
Utilize ACTS, Laserfiche, eCourts Portal and eFile NC for case management and court records.
