Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• New Mexico licensed attorney in good standing.
• Licensed to practice law in NM for at least three years.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with judges, the legal community, and staff; and to communicate complex rules clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Perform Hearing Officer/Special Master duties at the Children’s Court.
• Create and recommend policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure procedural compliance with laws and Supreme Court Rules.

Education

J.D. from an accredited law school

New Mexico licensed attorney in good standing

Licensed to practice law in NM for at least 3 years

Ability to communicate complex rules clearly
