Job summary

Jackson in Kansas City, MO seeks a Child Support Enforcement Technician to perform specialized investigative and support work. You will establish orders, initiate and follow through enforcement actions to collect payments on existing orders, and manage a caseload from initiation to emancipation.

You will interview custodial/non-custodial parents, employers, and the public, gather evidence, and verify data to facilitate setting or negotiating support obligations.

Qualifications

• Two years of work related experience, including child support enforcement or related financial investigations.
• Must meet qualifications to serve as Notary Public in Missouri.
• Must possess/maintain a valid Missouri Driver’s License.
• Must pass post offer drug screen and background check.
