Qualifications

• Experience subsitution allows college hours to substitute for experience.
• Bachelor's degree plus three years of CSE experience or Master’s plus two years.

Responsibilities

• Direct-line supervision over a unit of DCFS CSE staff.
• Assist in establishment of paternity, child and medical support orders and enforcement.
• Conduct unit trainings and ensure staff readiness for court or office settings.
• Monitor and approve unit payroll actions for timeliness and accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve complaints from custodial/non-custodial parties.
• Maintain relationships with district attorneys, clerks, hearing officers, judges, and partner agencies.
• Keep up to date with policy and memorandums.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
