Veritas HHS is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Corporate office in Athens, TN. The role handles high-volume inquiries from child support customers, using state systems and office imaging solutions to process cases and resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and a commitment to helping diverse clients access programs and services that promote self-sufficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a behavioral science or human service field is preferred.
• One year of customer experience is required if only a high school diploma is available.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and operating a PC is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse backgrounds is required.

Responsabilités

• Responds to a high volume of inquiries from child support customers by using available resources.
• Identifies and assists in finding solutions to customer issues.
• References cases to the Child Support Case Manager when action is needed.
• Verifies data on the automated system to ensure correct processing.
• Makes outbound calls as assigned and explains actions taken to customers.
• Educates customers about programs and resources that promote self-sufficiency.
• Documents inquiries and responses per defined procedures.
• Contributes to productivity goals and completes follow-up tasks.
