Qualifications

• Experience in child support enforcement, accounting, legal, or social work is considered.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate child support cases for establishment or enforcement.
• Prepare records of payment, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Update computer records and perform locate activities.
• Document case activity and monitor case logs.
• Negotiate settlements and agree orders.
• Mediate between parties and resolve related issues.

Bachelor's degree

Associate’s degree in Legal Assistance or paralegal education

Associate’s degree in Public Service – Legal Case Management

ABA-approved paralegal education program

Master’s degree

Juris Doctor degree
