Job Summary

As aFull‑Time Call Center Representative, youwill be responsible for answering inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements handle standards in a fast‑paced, large call volume environment.Utilize multiple computerized systems, multi‑tasking, and document each call. Respond to Wisconsin child support inquiries, and complaints, using a standard script and procedures.Gather information and research/resolve inquiries. Callers about the services available and assess caller's needs.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
