Child Support Attorney I /II/III/IV
Annual Salary -Salary level depends on the experience level of the applicant chosen.
Level I (Q80A):$66,666.67 + Full State Employee Benefits
Level II (Q80B):$71,428.57 + Full State Employee Benefits
Level III (Q80C):$76,190.48 + Full State Employee Benefits
Level IV (Q80D):$85,714.29 + Full State Employee Benefits
Job-related travel is OCCASIONAL. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.
Preferred Minimum Qualifications
Level I -Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, a license to practice law in the State of Oklahoma, and membership in the Oklahoma Bar Association.
Level II -Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, a license to practice law in the State of Oklahoma, an active membership in the Oklahoma Bar Association, and two years of legal experience or adjudicative experience.
Level III -Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, a license to practice law in the State of Oklahoma, an active membership in the Oklahoma Bar Association, and five years of legal experience or adjudicative experience.
Level IV -Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, a license to practice law in State of Oklahoma, an active membership with the Oklahoma Bar Association, and seven years of legal experience including two years of litigation, or agency-defined experience in the practice of law e.g. tax, or supervisory experience.
