This role involves providing one‑on‑one supervision, ensuring her safety, and helping her participate in fun, age‑appropriate activities at home and within the local community. She is a fun‑loving young toddler with autism who experiences some speech and fine motor delays. She is full of energy and enjoys exploring the world around her. She loves Bluey, dinosaurs, animals of all kinds, figurines, sensory play, and being VERY active. She has occasional meltdowns as any young toddler does, but she thrives with individualized attention, engaging activities, and caregivers who are patient, playful, and creative. The ideal candidate is someone who can build a genuine connection with her, understand her communication style, occasional behaviors, and proactively keep her engaged throughout the day while addressing concerns as they arise. Location: Hatley, WI (Family Residence + Some Community Outings/Transportation) Compensation: $10.60/hour Schedule: Flexible Scheduling in Advance - Leaning on Weekends and some shorter early Weekdays *2-3Hr shifts to start.
