Compensation Range: The base pay scale for this position is $72,500.00 - $110,375.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The final salary will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and Fair Market Value evaluation. The listed range is a good faith estimate at the time of posting and may be adjusted in the future.
Senior Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS)
Pediatrics – Lerner Children’s Pavilion
The Senior Child Life Specialist will deliver child life services to pediatric patients and families, providing emotional and psychosocial support for hospitalized and ambulatory children in group settings and at the bedside. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for developmentally appropriate preparation and support, as well as planning therapeutic play activities. This role collaborates with Child Life Specialists and the Pediatric Leadership Team to address the department's Child Life needs comprehensively.
