Qualifications

• Ability to develop therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Ability to translate knowledge into effective counseling methods.
• Ability to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Seeks supervision/consultation as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Develop therapeutic relationships with child and family clients.
• Provide outpatient counseling for children, adolescents, and families.
• Deliver treatment plans with clear, measurable objectives.
• Participate in CFTs and ISP process as needed.
• Maintain client charts in compliance with required standards and complete progress notes promptly.
• Work in office, school-based settings, or family homes as needed.
