Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ seeks a School-based Clinician to provide outpatient counseling to children and families in school-based settings and in homes as needed. Travel up to 25% is required with a Master’s degree and AZ license eligibility.

The role is full-time and local to 27th Ave, offering supervision, licensure reimbursement, and a competitive salary dependent on licensure levels ($57,000+ for Associate Therapists, $70,000+ for Independent Licensed Therapists).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health field; AZ license or eligible for AZ license.
• Strongly preferred – 1 year of experience in listed licenses (LAMFT, LAC, LAAC, LMSW, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LIAC).
• Must have or obtain a valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card within 7 working days of employment.
• Must have a valid AZ Driver License and at least 4 years of driving experience; meet Terros policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Translate knowledge into effective counseling methods.
• Determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Seek supervision/consultation as appropriate.
• Create treatment plans with clearly stated, measurable objectives.
• Record keeping: timely progress notes and compliant charts.
