Job summary

Compass Health seeks a Child & Family Therapist in Bellingham to deliver evidence-based clinical services to youth and families across home, school, and community settings. The WISe team supports intensive services with a family-driven approach, including crisis response and ongoing supervision.

Qualified candidates hold an MSW/MA/MS, meet WA MHP standards, and have a valid WA driver's license. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MA/MS/MSW in a Behavioral Science-related field.
• Meets qualifications as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per Washington Administrative Code.
• Eligible to apply as an Agency Affiliated Counselor if not licensed.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• WA State Driver's License with insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to youth and families using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to build individualized, creative treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy in home, community, and office settings.
• Participate in after-hours crisis response (initial assessment, risk evaluation, outreach).
• Receive specialized training in intensive mental health interventions on hire.
