Compass Health is seeking a Child & Family Therapist to join the WISe team in Coupeville, WA. The role involves delivering individual and family therapy in home, school, community, and office settings, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on strength-based treatment plans.

You will apply evidence-based models, participate in after-hours crisis response, and receive comprehensive training in intensive intervention strategies.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in a Behavioral Science-related field is required.
• Meets criteria as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) under WAC.
• Eligible to apply as an Agency Affiliated Counselor if not licensed.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid WA Driver’s License and insured vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver individual and family therapy in home, school, community, and office settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide strength-based, creative treatment plans.
• Apply evidence-based models to address mental health needs.
• Participate in after-hours crisis response rotation including risk assessment and outreach.
• Receive robust training in intensive intervention strategies.
