Base pay range

$47,600.00/yr - $61,000.00/yr

What We're Looking For

As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, CNS Healthcare's mission is to serve our communities. We seek a Children's Clinician to support our outpatient therapy program, providing assessments, therapy, crisis planning, and support to children and families in clinic and community settings. The program aims to strengthen family relationships and improve functioning at home, school, and community. Services are member-directed, goal-oriented, and family-focused.

Note

This position offers remote flexibility after successful training/onboarding.

Compensation

Starting pay ranges from $47,600 - $56,000 for limited licensed candidates, and $51,850 - $61,000 for fully licensed candidates, based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans
• Collaborate with treatment teams and community partners
• Assist families with referrals and resource access
• Coordinate care with schools, agencies, and families
• Refer for psychiatric evaluations as needed
• Support case management and documentation
• Participate in team meetings and supervision
• Maintain compliance with policies, laws, and standards

Qualifications

Required

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• State licensure (e.g., LMSW, LPC, LMFT, TLLP, LLP)
• Proficiency with computers and electronic health records
• Ability to work with individuals with mental/physical limitations and diverse cultural backgrounds
• Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
• Time management and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy
• Experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders
• Previous community mental health experience
