Job summary

Cumberland River Behavioral Health Inc is seeking a qualified professional to assess, plan, and coordinate behavioral health services for children, adolescents and families. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, document diligently, and ensure ethical practice and compliance with agency policies.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master’s degree (or an Associate degree in Nursing), plus background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from an accredited school or an Associate degree in Nursing.
Criminal record check and a drug screening.
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm; supervisor may alter schedule.
CPR certification within one month of employment; First Aid training may be required.
Physically able to reach, lift up to 20 pounds; valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

Assess and determine interventions for assigned consumers, including children, adolescents and families.
Authorize services and coordinate behavioral health services within policies.
Develop treatment plans based on assessment data and professional standards.
Maintain accurate client files and timely documentation for referrals.
Work within a multidisciplinary team and communicate with school personnel and referral sources.
