Job summary

The position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with potential schedule adjustments by the supervisor. A background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from an accredited school or an Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Criminal record check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Make assessments and determine interventions for assigned consumers, including children, adolescents, families, and school personnel.
• Authorize non-intrusive, individual, group, family, and screening/diagnostic assessments as appropriate.
• Implement treatment plans based on assessment data and professional standards.
• Maintain accurate, complete client files and timely documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional relationships with school faculty and referral resources.
