Job summary

Arts in Counseling (AiC) in Hatboro, PA is seeking a licensed Art Therapist to join as a part-time or full-time clinician serving children, families, and teens in an outpatient setting.

You will assess needs, develop treatment plans, document progress, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in supervision, trainings, and community initiatives. Flexible scheduling and supportive supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or pre-licensed as a professional counselor, social worker or psychologist.
• Must be registered or board-certified Art Therapist.
• Must have Master’s degree in Art Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must work on-site at Hatboro, PA.
• Must have clinical experience with families and children.
• Must demonstrate inclusive, trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices.
• Participate in insurance credentialing process.
• Must have in-depth psychotherapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and develop treatment plans.
• Document clinical progress and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Use Simple Practice to manage referrals, scheduling, and billing.
• Accept a mix of insurance and private pay.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision with AiC Clinical Director.
• Attend team meetings and professional development trainings.
• Collaborate on community initiatives that support Arts in Counseling.
