Job summary

Maxima Therapy is seeking a Child Development Specialist to provide 1:1 therapy to children from birth to 3 years of age in clients' homes and daycare settings. The role offers flexible schedules with part-time or full-time opportunities and uses proprietary software/AI for clinician-client matching.

Responsibilities include parent education, planning and documenting treatment, and collaborating with other clinicians to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with developmentally delayed children
• A related field degree
• CPR certification
• Immunization records
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• 1:1 treatment in clients' homes or daycare centers
• Provide parent education, training and support
• Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure quality of care
• Develop treatment plans, take session notes, submit progress reports in a timely manner
