Job summary

TestPros is seeking a Privacy Compliance Consultant to assess digital products against COPPA and Age-Appropriate Design Code standards. You will evaluate how websites and apps collect, use, store, and share data about minors, and translate regulations into clear audit-style findings and recommendations.

The role is part-time consulting (1099 or Corp-to-Corp) with flexible hours. Rate ranges from $50 to $85 per hour, depending on experience and government contract labor rate requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with privacy regulations focusing on children’s data (COPPA and state laws).
• Hands-on privacy assessments, including PIA/DPIA.
• Ability to map data flows and lifecycle in web/mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent privacy assessments of digital systems (web/mobile).
• Review how user data is collected, used, stored and shared.
• Perform privacy reviews (PIA/DPIA) and document findings.
• Analyze data flows and data handling practices.
