Green Chimneys in Brewster Main Campus seeks a Therapeutic Support Specialist (Education) to directly assist children with acute social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, collaborating with direct care staff to provide coaching and ensure consistent approaches.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, or an Associate's with 4 years' relevant work, or a Master’s/Bachelor’s in Human Services; certification in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required OR Associate’s Degree in Human services or other relevant field with 4 years' related work experience
• Master's Degree in Human services or other relevant field required OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Human services
• Associates in Human services or other relevant field with a minimum of 7 years' related work experience
• Certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and/or ability to receive such certification; Valid Driver’s License; approved agency driver requirements
