Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; or Associate’s Degree in Human services with 4+ years of related work experience.
• Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field required, or Bachelor's in Human Services.
• Other relevant field with 4+ years’ experience or Associate degree with 7+ years’ experience.
• Degree not strictly required if candidate has substantial relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with acute social, emotional and behavioral challenges, coordinating with direct care staff.
• Provide coaching to ensure consistency of approaches and to meet individual and group treatment needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to support children's treatment goals.
