Job summary

Pawnee Mental Health Services in Beloit, KS is seeking a full-time case manager to assess children with emotional disturbances and coordinate services with schools and community organizations. You will work evenings as needed, with a strong emphasis on family support and detailed documentation.

The role includes a monthly incentive up to $8,000/year and a comprehensive benefits package. A bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent work experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent work experience.
• Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and automobile liability insurance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess children with severe emotional disturbances and develop care plans.
• Coordinate treatment by liaising with schools and community organizations.
• Document plans and updates in the child’s health record.
• Work with the treatment team to set goals and strategies.
• Provide resources and education to families about mental health.
• Help families maintain benefits during rehabilitation.
