Job summary

Johnson County Government is seeking a Children's Case Manager for the Mission Mental Health office. You will join a treatment team serving children aged 4–18 with Severe Emotional Disabilities, with evening hours required and varied schedules to meet client needs.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and a valid driver's license; reference/background checks are required. Experience substitution options may apply per policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Reference/background screening required.
• One year of related work experience preferred.
• Education/Experience substitutions allowed where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments to identify needs and determine service eligibility.
• Develops plans and coordinates resources with other agencies.
• Provides services for a designated caseload of children aged 4–18.
• Documents progress and evaluates outcomes against goals.
• Assists in transportation and community-based service delivery as needed.
