Job summary

Friendship House in Scranton, PA is seeking a Blended Case Manager (BCM) to promote resiliency and recovery for children, adolescents, adults and their families by accessing, coordination, mentoring, and advocating for community resources and services.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field, 40 hours per week, a flexible schedule, and on-call duties. Blended Case Management experience is preferred.
