Job summary

Friendship-House in Carbondale, PA seeks a Blended Case Manager (BCM) to promote resiliency and recovery for children, adolescents, adults and their families by accessing, coordinating, mentoring, and advocating for community resources and services.

This full-time position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field, a 40-hour work week, a flexible schedule, and on-call availability; BCM experience is preferred. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
