Scranton Counseling Center has opportunities available for Case Manager in Blended Case Management.

Blended Case Management provides service to children and adults primarily in the community in an effort to promote recovery and resiliency, coordinate and ensure timely and appropriate care of individuals experiencing behavioral health issues.

Successful applicants for all of these positions should be team players who can demonstrate effective communication skills, and share the combined goal of providing the highest quality treatment services to the individuals we serve. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in a human services related field, or an Associate Degree with 2 years related experience.

$19.00/hr. with incentive pay available. $2,000.00 sign on bonus.
