We are hiring Home Child Caregivers to work one-on-one with our in-home patients in Shawano and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions, enabling individuals to remain in their own homes.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, denture care, nail care, skin care, and transferring patients.
• Report observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager.
• Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt during business travel.
• Assist with household tasks directly related to clients' personal care.

Education and Experience

Experience Desired:

• Six months experience in home care preferred.
• Successful completion of a competency evaluation.

License Requirements:

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification.

Skill Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours as required.
• Ability to work in any home situation regardless of client demographics.
• Able to work independently.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
