We are hiring Child Caregivers to work one-on-one with our in-home patients in Shawano and the surrounding area. One Patient at a Time! Earn PTO while working 32+ hours. Weekly Pay & Flexible Scheduling. Pay rate up to $14/hour.

Responsibilities

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support, assistance with personal hygiene, and household functions to help individuals remain in their own homes.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, denture care, nail care, skin care, and transferring patients between bed, chair, and wheelchair.
• Report observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager.
• Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt when traveling for work.
• Assist with household tasks essential to clients' personal care.

Education and Experience

Experience Desired:

• Six months experience in home care preferred.
• Successful completion of a competency evaluation.

License Requirements:

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification.

Skill Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to work independently and in any home situation regardless of client demographics.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
