This job involves providing a safe, clean, and caring living environment for program residents, preparing meals according to the weekly meal planner, and participating in various activity programming such as individual and group activities, sports, games, trips, and enrichment activities.
Responsibilities also include enforcing the program’s daily routine by accurately completing reports, checklists, and daily point sheets, supporting medical issues, student educational and vocational needs, case work, and clinical appointments. The role requires appropriately confronting negative behavior and maintaining professional, positive, and encouraging relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
