West Linn YMCA Before and After School program is seeking a friendly, dependable Teacher's Aide to support school-age students in a safe, engaging environment after school hours. You will assist lead staff and help deliver a fun curriculum.

This part-time role runs 2:00–6:00pm and may involve occasional travel to other YMCA sites within the Columbia-Willamette Association. Join a community-focused team dedicated to positive youth development.

Requirements

A Teacher's Aide will work in the program under the guidance and instruction of teachers. Responsibilities include assisting lead staff in maintaining a safe and developmentally appropriate classroom environment, implementing a fun and engaging curriculum, and fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and the school community. Work is primarily performed at YMCA Before and After School programs in West Linn. At times, staff may be asked to travel outside of West Linn to fill in at other childcare sites within the YMCA Columbia-Willamette Association. There may be times when staff are asked to attend company events outside of their regular schedule. Staff will be notified ahead of time if and when this happens.
