West Linn YMCA Before and After School program is seeking a friendly, dependable Teacher's Aide to support school-age students in a safe, engaging environment after school hours. You will assist lead staff and help deliver a fun curriculum.

This part-time role runs 2:00–6:00pm and may involve occasional travel to other YMCA sites within the Columbia-Willamette Association. Join a community-focused team dedicated to positive youth development.

Qualifications

• A Teacher's Aide will work in the program under the guidance and instruction of teachers.
• Assist lead staff in maintaining a safe and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and the school community.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing after school care at YMCA Before and After School programs in West Linn.
• Support a fun and engaging curriculum and safe learning environment.
• Attend company events outside of regular schedule as needed.
