Child Care Teacher

Full-time positions are available for Infants and Toddlers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create hands-on activities tailored to children’s needs and interests
  2. Maintain open communication with parents about their child's milestones
  3. Ensure a safe, clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • 9 college credits in Early Childhood Education and a study plan for an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in the field
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
  • At least two years of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred

Physical Requirements:

This role requires compliance with all relevant health and safety requirements, including immunizations and physical screenings. You will work in person in an early education setting, providing supervision, care, and curriculum delivery in accordance with company policies and legal regulations. Compensation:

The hourly rate ranges from $23.00 to $26.00, based on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors. Additionally, a hiring incentive of $1,500 is payable after 100 days of employment.
