We are seeking a Child Care Teacher I/II/III for the Head Start/Early Head Start program. Responsibilities include planning and implementing daily activities, supervising children, and ensuring their safety.

Qualifications:
Child Care Teacher I:
  • High School Diploma/GED with a CDA credential in infant/toddler and one year of experience
Child Care Teacher II:
  • Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or 6 credit hours in early childhood plus one year of experience
Child Care Teacher III:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, plus 6 credit hours in early childhood and one year of experience
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Create a conducive learning environment
  • Implement goals and motivate children
  • Assess student achievement and communicate with parents
  • Maintain documentation and child/staff ratios
  • Participate in activities and meetings
