Job description

Full-time positions are available with toddlers. Monday-Friday. Will work (4) 10's. Must be able to work until 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
  2. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones.
  3. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

  1. 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.
  2. 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
  3. Must have CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements, including immunizations, employment physicals, and training. You will work in person at an early education/preschool child care center, providing supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services per Bright Horizons' policies and legal requirements, ensuring children's safety.

Compensation:

The hourly rate ranges from $18.25 to $22.30, depending on experience, education, certifications, location, and organizational factors.
