Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Credentials EDU 119 or equivalent as defined by DHHS Education Workforce preferred.
• Experience: Preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: NC CDL License preferred; Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid within 2 months of hire required; ITS SIDS within 2 months of hire required; BSAC for those working with school-age children required.
• Criminal background check and education verification or workforce letter from DHHS NC Division of Child Development within 60 days.
• Additional Skills (required): BSAC or relevant experience working with school-age children; CDL if applicable; Maintain training hours as per regulatory requirements.
• Additional Skills (preferred): Ability to work various schedules and effectively in all classrooms within the centers.
