Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to facilitate daily activities and ensure classroom smooth functioning.
  • Partner with families to nurture and care for children, utilizing electronic tracking to document milestones.
  • Follow safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe classroom environment.
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience working with children (child care, daycare, preschool preferred).
  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred.
  • Ability to stand (6-8 hours daily), stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, etc.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
  • Constant visual supervision of children.
