Responsibilities

1. Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
2. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones.
3. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must pass required state and company background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements.
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: 2 years of professional experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
• Required: CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children.

Additional Information

Physical requirements include compliance with all health and safety regulations. The pay range is $17.25 - $21.05/hr, depending on experience and other factors.
