Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of children
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones

Qualifications

Candidates must pass required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• Preferred: 2 years of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings
• Required: CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) for children

Physical Requirements

This position requires compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations, including immunizations, physical screenings, and training. You will work in person at an early education/preschool center, providing supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services in accordance with Bright Horizons' policies and legal requirements, ensuring children's safety.

Salary/Hourly Rate and Benefits

The pay range is $17.25 - $21.05 per hour, based on experience, education, certifications, location, and organizational factors. Benefits include:
