Qualifications

Arthrex Academy

Managed by Bright Horizons, will be opening in March 2025! We are currently hiring full-time Teachers to work with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers. Teachers will join the team to begin training in February 2025.

This beautiful, state-of-the-art center in Naples, Florida will offer spacious classrooms, indoor gross motor rooms, a library, a STEM-focused Innovation Lab, and much more!

Responsibilities:
  1. Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
  2. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
  3. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
  4. Support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or nearby locations
Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

  • 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of professional experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings (preferred)
  • CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required
  • 45 state-required DCF hours (preferred or as required by licensing regulations)

Physical Requirements:

This position requires compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements, including immunizations and physical screenings. You will work in person at an early education center, providing supervision, care, and curriculum delivery to ensure children's safety in accordance with policies and laws. Compensation & Benefits:

The hourly rate ranges from $15.40 to $20.75. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
