Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:

$17.34 - $21.67 / hour

Note: $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates

Summary

Provides care for children in assigned groups, focusing on individual needs within the developmental framework of social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. Adheres to developmentally appropriate practices.

Requirements

• Education: Associates in Child Development, CDA Certification, or Early Childhood Development credit hours through higher education.
• Experience: Minimum of one year experience in a childcare setting.
• Certification: BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support) required.
• License: N/A
• Other: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work and plan collaboratively with caregivers in a team setting. Must be 21 years old (per licensing requirements).
