Job summary

C2 Global Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Child Care Specialist II to arrange childcare services, determine eligibility for self-referred customers, and manage paperwork. You will contact providers to start, update, or discontinue services and ensure timely data entry in TWIST.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. The role emphasizes compliance with state policies and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or undergraduate degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tracks outgoing and incoming paperwork to ensure deadlines are met and action is taken when forms are not received in time.
• Scans eligibility paperwork into client case files within 48 hours of receipt.
• Informs parents of childcare options and assists with intake decisions.
• Provides intake services for customers seeking subsidized childcare.
• Enrolls children in childcare settings per policies within required timeframes.
• Provides information and excellent customer service to customers.
