As an Early Childhood Center Director, you will:
- Recruit, hire, and train high-quality teachers and staff motivated to provide a top-notch learning environment for children.
- Ensure the implementation of our global education curriculum, branding, and age-appropriate learning activities.
- Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations set by the state and corporate office.
- Create marketing plans to promote our unique program within the community and to prospective parents through events, tours, and enrollment drives.
- Meet regularly with parents, staff, and leadership to discuss student goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain ongoing communication with parents about their children's progress and center activities.
- Handle administrative duties including accounting and budgeting.
- Maximize enrollment while maintaining required staff-to-child ratios.
- Generate reports for licensing, operations, and marketing as required.
- Train and utilize various software systems daily, ensuring compliance with licensing, safety, and training requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field preferred, or equivalent credential
- 3-5 years of proven management experience in a licensed childcare facility
- Ability to pass all background checks and meet state requirements
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or G Suite
- Experience with financial and administrative systems
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development
- Patience, flexibility, and a love for children
