Hire Up Recruiting is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Director to lead a booming, year-round early education school with a state-of-the-art facility serving infants through preschool-aged children. Location options include East Sandwich, MA 02537 and South Dennis, MA 02660.

This full-time role (Mon-Fri) emphasizes staff development, family engagement, and operational success, with annual salary of $70,000–$75,000 plus bonuses and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• CDA, Associate's Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Director I and II credential.
• Leadership experience in roles such as Director, Assistant Director, Program Coordinator, or equivalent.
• Classroom teaching experience across multiple age groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of center operations.
• Support, coach, and develop a team of educators and administrative staff.
• Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and quality standards.
• Foster strong relationships with families and the community.
• Support enrollment growth and retention initiatives.
• Manage daily operations, payroll, billing, and administrative functions.
• Monitor financial performance and operate within budgets.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture.

About the Program

• Year-round operation (12 months)
• Open Monday–Friday
• Serves infants through preschool-age children

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000–$75,000 annual salary

• Experience supervising 20 or more employees
• Knowledge of enrollment management and marketing strategies
• Financial and operational acumen
• Experience with payroll, billing, and computer applications used in childcare operations
• Proven ability to build and retain high-performing teams
