Job summary

VASA Fitness in Waterloo, IA is seeking a passionate Child Care Attendant (CCA) to provide safe, engaging care for children while their parents pursue fitness. Must be 18+; the role supports a welcoming KidCare environment at the club.

Base compensation is $11.50 per hour with flexible shifts within KidCare hours; employees receive two gym memberships and eligibility for 401(k) options plus an Employee Assistance Program. Join a team focused on community and family support.

The Child Care Attendant plays a vital role in the club's KidCare program by providing safe, fun, and attentive care for children while their parents focus on their fitness

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $11.50 per hour
• Flexible scheduling: Shifts are available within KidCare operating hours of 8:00am--12:00pm and 4:00pm--8:00pm, Monday through Saturday
