VASA Fitness is hiring a Child Care Attendant to support our KidCare program at the Lehi, UT clubs. This entry-level role offers a base pay of $11.40 per hour with morning and evening shifts, Monday through Saturday. Two gym memberships are provided, and employees may access 401(k) options and EAP services.

Must be 18+, enjoy working with children, and maintain a safe, welcoming KidCare space. Join us to help families stay active and connected with the VASA community.

• Deliver a consistently safe, clean, and welcoming KidCare experience.
• Follow all check-in/check-out procedures to ensure child safety.

• Support a positive team culture through teamwork, reliability, and communication.
• Help families feel confident, supported, and excited to return to VASA.

The Child Care Attendant plays a vital role in the club's KidCare program by providing safe, fun, and attentive care for children while their parents focus on their fitness

Your presence allows parents to work out with confidence, knowing their children are supported in a clean, engaging, and well-run environment. Through meaningful interactions, age-appropriate activities, and consistent safety practices, you help make VASA a place families trust and return to.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $11.40 per hour
• Flexible scheduling: Shifts are available within KidCare operating hours of 8:00am--12:00pm and 4:00pm--8:00pm, Monday through Saturday
