Job summary

VASA Fitness is hiring a Child Care Attendant (CCA) to provide safe, fun care for children in our KidCare program while parents engage in workouts. You will help create a clean, welcoming environment with engaging activities and strict safety practices.

Must be 18+ and ready to join a Great Place to Work®-certified team. Compensation starts at a base rate of $15.00/hour with shifts 8:00am–12:00pm and 4:00pm–8:00pm, Monday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in childcare, education, youth programs, or similar environments preferred.
• Friendly, engaging, and dependable presence.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized KidCare space.
• Adaptable and calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating positive experiences for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, fun, attentive care for children while parents workout.
• Deliver a consistently safe, clean, and welcoming KidCare experience.
• Follow all check-in/check-out procedures to ensure child safety.
• Engage children with age-appropriate activities.
• Maintain compliance with required background checks and safety standards.
