Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Child Care Attendant (CCA) to provide safe, engaging care for children while parents work out. You will support families in a clean, welcoming KidCare space and follow safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have childcare experience, friendly demeanor, and strong communication. This role offers base pay of $15.00/hour, with shifts during KidCare hours, and benefits including free gym memberships and access to 401(k) options and EAP.

The Child Care Attendant plays a vital role in the club's KidCare program by providing safe, fun, and attentive care for children while their parents focus on their fitness

Your presence allows parents to work out with confidence, knowing their children are supported in a clean, engaging, and well-run environment. Through meaningful interactions, age-appropriate activities, and consistent safety practices, you help make VASA a place families trust and return to.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $15.00 per hour
• Flexible scheduling: Shifts are available within KidCare operating hours of 8:00am--12:00pm and 4:00pm--8:00pm, Monday through Saturday
