We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy engaging with children, playing games, and creating a fun, safe environment. Our Kids Club provides a clean, secure, and enjoyable space for children to have fun while their parents work out, fostering healthy habits and social skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of all children.
• Interact positively with children (ages 8 weeks to 10 years) and adults.
• Organize and facilitate planned activities and games.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and children.
• Participate in fun activities like dance-offs!

Qualifications:

• Previous childcare experience preferred.
• Passion for working with children.
• Ability to multitask, be proactive, and socialize effectively.
• Ability to lift and move weights of 30-50 lbs occasionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
