Job summary

Kindercademy Early Learning Center seeks an experienced Assistant Director/Teacher to support the director in daily operations and oversee preschool and school-age programs. The role includes administrative, office, and classroom duties to foster a positive learning environment for children aged 2–12 years.

Requirements include knowledge of DHS regulations, Keystone Stars experience, strong computer and supervisory skills, and a caring, nurturing approach.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 5:30pm

We are seeking an experienced responsible individual for:

Assistant Director/Teacher

Applicant will work closely with the Director to manage the center's day to day operations and preschool and school age educational care programs. A wide range of administrative, office and classroom resonsibilities are essential in providing a positive learning environment for thechildren to grow socially, emotionally, physically, cognitively and creatively.

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Chidhood Education, Elementary Education, or related Child Development or Human Services Field.

Documented childcare experience. Pa Clearances required by DHS- Pa State Police, Child Abuse, FBI Fingerprinting (or willingness to obtain). First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain) Health Assessment/TB Test (or willingness to obtain).
